Fran & James’ engagement shoot | tea, campfires and amazing sunshine.
Fran and James opted to add an engagement shoot to their booking as it’s a great chance to get to know each other a little before the wedding day and get used to being in front of the camera. The location? Their family’s woodland, completely private and incredibly pretty! They also chose THE most perfect day for the weather with low golden sunshine and not a cloud in the sky, I’ve rarely seen light as amazing as this outside of my trip to California!
This was such a personal shoot with a fantastically friendly couple, not only did they welcome me in to the their family’s little bit of paradise but mum and dad also joined us later on, lit a camp fire and made tea (and fed me donuts!!!). I mean how can it get better than that? I can’t remember a more personal or enjoyable shoot. Their wedding is in September and I am so excited to see them again and capture their big day, I’m just hoping someone brings donuts again haha!
