Laura & James’ shoot in the snowy hills | Engagement shoot
Laura & James booked an engagement shoot so they could get a little practice in front of the camera before the big day, they are very adventurous and outdoorsy so what better place to take them then the moors in County Durham. A little hike up a hill and maybe down the other side, sounds like a great plan right? Well at the time yes, but we weren’t to know we’d have some serious snow fall a few days in a row in the run up to the shoot, however they weren’t put off by this and being the most awesome people you could meet were happy to plow on in at times knee high snow! It was totally worth it, what a spot for photos, completely alone, blue skies, soft snow on the ground, views for miles around… it was epic!
I’m not sure we’ll have arctic conditions for their April wedding, however their sense of adventure and just being such lovely people to spend time with has made me incredibly excited for their big day!!!
