Wedding Industry Awards regional Finalist!!!
I don’t generally chase awards as I find them very subjective and sometimes even just a case of if you can badger enough people on Facebook to vote for you even if they’ve never used you as a photographer before… however The Wedding Industry Awards is a much better and fairer system as they use ratings from real wedding clients over the last year to judge you and decide if you are worthy of making the regional finals, and then if you’re lucky / an incredible photographer you win and go through to the national finals.
I am very lucky to have amazing couples who voted for me in large numbers and because of them I am delighted to say I made it to the North East and Yorkshire regional finals, I didn’t win but just to get there and my name be sat alongside some of the best in the country was a very humbling and brilliant experience. When I say I didn’t win, well I may not have won the award but when you have all your couples voting a near 10 out of 10 for you in every aspect of your business you feel like a winner, and extremely blessed at the same time. I wish I could post every review my couples gave me but it would take about 10 blog posts, maybe more, so instead here are the average ratings they gave me and a few snippets of what they said:
